OYO Hotel and Casino Las Vegas is available for $1 per night Monday – Wednesdays with coupon code ONEDOLLAR.

It appears this price is even available for all non-suite room types – Premium Strip View, Strip View, Pool View, King, Queen, Smoking – your choice for $1. However, it appears from the fine print that a resort fee applies,
Resort Fee of $50.96 Including Taxes per night is to be paid at the time of checkin
This disclosure – not included in the price quote – is clearly not compliant with FTC rules making illegal for hotels and short-term rentals to hide resort fees, not including them in the advertised price of a room. They’re required to display the total price up front.
OYO is the former Hooters hotel. Some people say they get an “acceptable enough” room, and others get a room that feels tired and run down. Generally passengers seem to complain about water damage, worn bathrooms, and lack of thorough housekeeping.
Think of it as $45 resort fee plus $1 room rate, plus tax. It may not be the best hotel in town, but it’s cheap. There has been a big pullback in ultra-low cost carrier capacity in and out of Vegas. There are fewer visitors, and fewer Spirit seats. That’s a problem for this end of the market.
